Testimonials

"Cynthia Hope is soulful, full of thought, prepared and skilled, all the right attributes for delivering a yoga class that will enrich her students' practice.“ - Cathy Marie Buchanan, NY Times Bestselling Author

"My yoga retreat with Cynthia Hope was magical. The yoga was physical and spiritual.   The setting was spectacular. The women participants were wonderful souls. And, Cynthia was awesome.  I absolutely loved our three days!!!  Thank you, Cynthia."  - Kelly Murumets

"Cynthia created a fun filled weekend that was both energizing and relaxing. Yoga was comfortably spaced around hiking, paddle board yoga, kayaking, lounging on the dock, cocktails and superb food served up by an outstanding staff.... It was my first time enjoying fresh oysters with Grey Goose shots and horse radish! Our yoga practice - complete with wonderful readings and step by step pose instruction - gave each person the confidence to find new awareness in body, mind and spirit. Cynthia's vivacious energy is absolutely intoxicating. We were blessed with an amazing group of women who became instant friends and were completely open and supportive of one another. Bravo Cynthia.... see you on the mat at your next retreat! "- Darlene Kulig, Artist

"Cynthia brought a beautiful story to each of our yoga sessions, making me realize yet again, that Yoga with Hope isn’t simply yoga, it’s yoga with meaning. Add to that 7 unique and accomplished ladies, a beautiful setting in Parry Sound, and culinary delights made from the freshest of Ontario’s produce, served up family style.  Where’s the retreat next year?" - Heidi

"A wonderful weekend of yoga, meditation and healthy living at Yoga for Hope 30,000 Island Retreat on beautiful Georgian Bay. We were a small group – only 6 casual acquaintances who were able to form a permanent, wonderful bond. It was superbly organized and run by our host and yoga teacher (Cynthia). The food was professionally prepared and exquisitely presented. We did a wonderful blending of uplifting yoga, SUP yoga, spiritual meditation in an atmosphere of kindness, open-heartedness and fun. This truthfully was a fabulous experience that had been created by Cynthia’s sensitivity to all of the diverse personalities and her wonderful leadership qualities in putting together a perfect weekend. I’d highly recommend this retreat even if you’ve no experience in yoga or meditation. I came away very relaxed, reenergized and fulfilled. I didn’t want to leave and would do another retreat like this anytime."  - Nancy Maxwell
